In some welcome news for trying times, Stone & Wood’s Ingrained Foundation - a not-for-profit that arm supports grassroots environmental and social charities – has announced a $100,000 funding pool for its inaugural Brisbane Large Grants Program.
The long and short of it is that if you're a Brisbane based not-for-profit with DGR status, you're encouraged to apply for a grant between $5,000 and $25,000 which will go towards continuing whatever good work it is that you're doing.
The categories that inGrained is looking to get behind this time around are:
- Conservation of natural resources and habitats
- Action on climate change
- Mental health and wellbeing
- Accommodation and homelessness
- Inclusion and diversity
If you want a shot at the cash, you'll need to be operating within one of the above categories and be able to demonstrate how the money would have a tangible benefit for your community.
Applications will be open from August 15 and close on September 9.
You'll find everything you need to know about applying here.
