It's the sound of summer arriving in Newtown as Young Henrys celebrates the ninth birthday of its iconic Newtowner with their annual Tinnie Crack at the pub where it all began.
If you'd like to join them, head to The Courthouse from midday on December 12 where Young Henrys will have taken over the joint with a range of beer, $12 jugs of Newtowner, Aussie music, free entertainment and carnival games courtesy of the Liquor Sisters.
At 2pm, raise a can and join the YH crew for a collective tinnie crack in honour of the local beer that's taken a taste of Newtown to the masses.
