God knows everyone needs something to look forward to these days, not least the folks of South East Queensland and Northern NSW who've been bumping in and out of COVID restrictions.
And we imagine plenty of Crafty Pint readers look forward to attending beer festivals like the Gold Coast Beer & Cider Festival.
It might be the first such affair, but it comes from a team with plenty of experience on the event front: the Schwartz Family Company, which has been running a similar beer and cider festival in Canberra for years.
Their Gold Coast debut takes place on October 23, 2021, within the grounds of the picturesque Broadwater Parklands, Southport.
It will feature an extensive array of beer, cider and gourmet food, plus family-friendly activities, live music and light entertainment throughout the day.
General admission tickets start from $20pp (in advance) or $30pp on the door. Tasting tickets costing $2 per 100ml sample are available on the day.
