Burnt Ends at Beerfarm (WA)

It's funny how these things come about.

Nathan and Eileen Booth were running this smoker-on-wheels BBQ trailer called Burnt Ends Smoking Co which they rolled around the South West corner of WA.

Then, one time in 2017, they parked up at a place in Metricup called Beerfarm which was hosting some sort of rodeo event at their brewery. Things went well and it transpired the two businesses shared some key tenets, namely a desire for fresh produce, high quality dishes and real barbecue.

Well, the occasionally intersecting lines are now about to entwine permanently as, from this week, Burnt Ends will open to the public as a permanent fixture at Beerfarm, teaming up with resident chef Ben Beaton on a next-level slow-smoked menu.

Burnt Ends at Beerfarm will launch with a series of Friday Night Feasts where you'll be served up gluttonous delights such as 2kg T-bone tacos, brisket burgers and steak sandwiches. And if you're not into meat, no worries – veggies go real good in that smoker too.

First order is at 5pm.
