It might be the middle of winter, but Sydney's One Drop Brewing are resurrecting summer for one day.
From midday til close on July 20, One Drop will be putting on a lineup of fruit sours, slinging fruit-inspired beer cocktails, and inviting Bar Luca to serve up some of Sydney's most famous burgers.
Meanwhile, DJ RayJah will be live mixing reggae beats to keep the island vibes alive.
Some of the beers are quite limited in volume, so don't be surprised if they sell out.

- Redcurrant + Raspberry + Wild Rosella Sour
- Apricot Sour
- White Grape + Guava Gose
- Kiwifruit Sour
- Blueberry Sour (only Australian beer to score a gold medal in the Fruit Beer category at the 2019 AIBAs)
