When chefs and brewers work together, wonderful things can happen.
On July 23, Felons Brewing Co are holding an intimate Winter Feast at their riverside brewery.
It will be a shared dining experience that brings together seasonal produce, comfort food and beer matching.
Howard Smith Wharves chef Patrick Friesen has created a menu to complement four limited release Felons beers, while Tom Champion, Felons head brewer, will be on hand to guide guests through the dishes and beers too.
So if you'd like to learn more about the place of beer on the dining table and the seasonal differences in various types of beer – all while enjoying a bang up feast – you'll want to snap up an $80 ticket.
