Quietly, the team decided to hoard some of that beer – and a few other imperial stouts – to be be enjoyed at a later date.
Now that the winter solstice approaches, the Marrickville brewery is pouring six different versions of imperial stout at once.

Of course, you'll need some particularly hearty food to match those beers and Black Olive Gourmet Food will be in the house each day to deliver up brisket and other smoked meats.
