The team at Newcastle's FogHorn Brewhouse make no secret of their love for working with the local community, whether it's through fundraisers, hosting community nights or working with other small businesses.
One local business the brewery has partnered closely with for years is the Hunter Valley's Coquon Farm – a free range premium (but small) pig farm that uses some of FogHorn's spent grain to feed its pigs.
Now, as autumn moves into winter, FogHorn's head brewer Shawn Sherlock and Adriana from Coquon Farm are coming together to host a Paddock To Plate Feast featuring the brewery's beers.
