With its Alice in Wonderland connotations, suggestions of encounters with Tezcatzontecatl and wolpertinger and the promise of a "progressive experience" as opposed to a straight-up beer dinner, there's certainly no lack of intrigue in the forthcoming event with White Rabbit and The Carlton Club.
Over two nights in November, they'll be inviting you down the rabbit hole and encouraging you to open your senses to new flavour experiences, delivered by way of five courses of canapés paired with five beers – including those of a limited edition nature from White Rabbit's barrel aged cider and sour beer program.
And, for good measure, the guide on your journey will be Brand Ambassador Ryan Loft.
There are four sessions spread across two days, at 6:30pm and 8:30pm on both November 21 and 22.
