"Best" is such a subjective term, so it’s impossible to say that the list of sour and wild beers they’ve put together at the Dutch Trading Co for their upcoming Where Wild Things Roam event is in fact "the best".
However, if you can find a longer, more interesting, more comprehensive list of sour and wild beers than this at a venue in Australia, you’re doing damn well.
They’ve got dozens of different packaged beers arriving from all over the world, with new stuff not seen in this country before from the likes of Brekeriet, Cascade, Crooked Stave, Oceanside, Council Brewing and more.
Those will be added to an already heaving selection of rare kegs and bottles beer from the following:

And to top it off, they’re raffling off a bottle of Cantillon Lou Pepe Framboise with a runner up prize of a Tilquin Mure.
