It’s all about understanding the influence at this event which sees Melbourne farmhouse beer specialists La Sirène team up with NOLA for a French-inspired feast for the senses.
The highly regarded farmhouse and wild ale brewer will be bringing the following beers to pair with the Adelaide venue’s New Orleans and cajun influenced food over a specially created five course dinner:

- Biere de Provision
- Vin Foile Grenache
- Cuvee de Bois
- Praline
You’ll have Costa and Will from La Sirène at the head of the table to guide you through the beers and ensure you get the most from the food pairings.
