With a history dating back to the 1930s, Ellerslie Australia is a fourth-generation family company that's proudly Australian-owned. Adding to our heritage as Australia’s largest independent hop grower, we have continued to team up with world renowned producers to offer a comprehensive range of premium brewing ingredients.
Our philosophy is to offer the latest technology in farm management and process controls to ensure that we supply only the highest quality hops and hop products to Australia's brewers. We constantly strive to supply the brewing industry with the freshest locally grown hops as well as downstream hop products. For many years we have partnered with Hopsteiner Hops in Europe, the USA and the UK to bring you a full range of international hops and hop extracts at competitive prices.
We are also the proud distribution partner of Coopers Premium Australian Malts, carrying stock in most capital cities across Australia to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery to every brewery across the country.
Further complementing our hop and malt business, we have teamed up with Lallemand Yeast to provide a comprehensive range of premium brewing yeasts to suit every beer style. Rounding out our portfolio, we also carry nutrients, enzymes and processing aids from AB Vickers as well as sensory kits from The Siebel Institute in Chicago.
