Grace the head brewer built this beer upon three of her favourite hops - Simcoe, Galaxy, and Citra. From the instant this beer pours into the glass, big orange sherbet hits you full in the face to show off the Citra that was piled in at the dry-hopping stage. But when you start to drink, it spreads out across the tongue as the Simcoe and Galaxy bring their fruit medley and bitterness to play.
