Passionfruit is a potent little bugger, isn't it? And Bright's head brewer Reid Stratton has got his hands on some and isn't afraid to us it.

Here, it's been added to a pale ale base beer, thus boosting its tropical fruit juice aromas. More than that, the fruit addition also gives the beer a really distinct tang; if you didn't know better, you'd swear you were drinking a fruited lacto sour.
