Seasonal's head brewer Brody Watts describes Late Lunch with nostalgic affection as a beer that reminds him of his uni days: a classic Australian-style lager with an uncomplicated refreshment that keeps things simple.

Fittingly, Australian Pride of Ringwood hops – so off trend these days yet good enough for Coopers Pale among many others – deliver earthy and herbal notes but nothing too fussy or flashy. Instead, Late Lunch is a liquid ode to keeping it simple and it would seem plenty of Seasonal drinkers reckon it's a wise approach: eight kegs were blown on the brewpub's first weekend alone!
