When it comes to being memorable, golden ales often suffer from their subtlety. But here's one that, for some reason, seems to stand out. It's probably not for the light body, it's probably not for the slight fruitiness on the palate, it's probably not for the mild bitterness. It must be something more. Perhaps it's that extra bit of herbal or spice element hidden away in there. More likely it's got something to do with that lovely little lingering honey character you get at the end which makes you want to keep sipping. This is a beer that's simple, yet very satisfying.
