Woolshed's entry level beer is one that is based on the German light ale style, Kolsch, but then given a contemporary Aussie twist. The very pale colour and light, grainy malt character of the German ale are there but the use of Tassie-grown hop Summer adds a melon-like soft, fruity character and a gentle drying bitterness.
