A straw colored Belgian Witbier brewed from equal proportions of wheat and barley. Spiced, unfiltered, straw coloured wit with bubble gum/light phenols/coriander on the nose. Malt, citrus and yeast characters meld on the palate to create a spritzy, delicate but thirst slaking beer low in bitterness. Served cloudy, it has a balance of subtle citrus & a soft fruitiness that is intriguingly distinctive. Brewer's notes
