I love that Helios have called this beer Seedless, implying that other fruit beers have seeds in them. Way to use psychology to plant doubt in our minds about other beers, guys.
Seedless is a great way to see out the end of summer too. The colour’s super vibrant, the berry’s stronger than I expected, and the watermelon lays a blanket of fresh summery vibes. I’ll have to take head brewer Jake’s word for it that the rosella is contributing some of the tartness, because I don’t know rosella flavour.
There’s a nice full body that you don’t often get in a sour like this, but it’s not syrupy or even juice-like; the salt gives a real minerality that stops it from going there.
