Off the back of releasing fresh new core range beer Hazy Pale, Beerfarm come in hot as silly season approaches, releasing a not-so-silly sour in collaboration with Mulga the Artist: Golden Hour Sour.
Landing at a very approachable 4.8 percent ABV with a soft haze and light peachy hue, Golden Hour Sour is a beer that doesn’t just invite you to imbibe but demands it. Its light body is topped with a quickly dissipating, bright white head. Stonefruit and citrus dominate the aroma with some acetic notes poking through.
To taste, clean acidity sits alongside a peach iced tea profile with light raspberry and white flesh stonefruits persisting. A short, sharp finish with bitterness virtually absent, further boosts drinkability.
All you need now is to wait for golden hour to crack one.
