Bright, almost sherbety, lime-citrus characteristics are enticed from the combination of Simcoe, Citra, Pacifica and Spalt Select hops. You can’t really call something this lean juicy, but there is something plump about the nature of the aromas.
Those citrus / lime flavours sweep across the palate too, dried out by a swathe of bitterness that ensures this is a mid for fans of craftier beers, and makes little concession to the mainstream.
