JOB DESCRIPTION: EXPERIENCED BREWER (NSW)
Lovedale Brewery is a privately owned craft beer, cider & spirit producer based in the Hunter Valley. Along with our sister Sydney Brewery, we are responsible for brewing trophy winning beers and ciders, and are looking for an experienced brewer to add to our team in Lovedale.
The successful applicant will be:
- Passionate about beer/cider/spirit production
- Willing to work in all facets of the brewing and packaging process
- OHS focused and will have an unwholesome fascination with cleaning
The following skills will help put you in a great position for this role:
- Previous brewing and/or packaging experience
- Any type of brewing/winemaking/food sciences education
- Current RSA
- Forklift licence
