With its Melbourne brewery edging ever closer to fruition, the team behind Quiet Deeds is hiring a sales rep for Victoria. The successful applicant will be responsible for all Red Island drinks, including Founders, Quilmes, Alhambra, Jumping Goat and Chase spirits.
JOB DESCRIPTION: SALES REP (VIC)
With the opening of our new Quiet Deeds brewery on the horizon – along with an upcoming rebrand and a number of planned new beers – we are looking for a Sales Representative to help grow the Quiet Deeds brand, as well as increasing the distribution of American brewery Founders, along with the rest of the Red Island portfolio in Victoria.
The products you will be representing include Quiet Deeds, Founders (US), Quilmes, Alhambra, Jumping Goat and Chase craft spirits.
We are looking for someone with prior alcohol sales experience (preferably in craft beer) and you will need to be passionate and knowledgeable about the craft beer industry. As we are a small and growing business, this will be a varied role where you will get lots of autonomy, therefore you need to be highly organized, driven and most importantly have a positive attitude!
Responsibilities include:
- Achieving sales and distribution targets
- Maintain and develop existing customer base
- Develop close relationships with key customers
- Obtain new on and off-premise customers
- Conduct customer and consumer training.
- Management of state based wholesalers and distributors.
Requirements:
- Documented sales experience (On Premise preferred)
- Extensive knowledge of VIC craft beer market and a passion for craft beer.
- Ability to work autonomously
- Good presentation skills
- Flexible work hours, evening & weekend work may be required.
- Current driver's license
- Current RSA certificate
