Tooborac Brewery is found at the rear of an historic bluestone hotel on the Northern Highway north of Melbourne. The hotel was opened in its current guise in 2005 and added the brewery in 2009.
Today, under the guidance of local homebrewer turned pro Pete Martin, the brewery produces a wide range of beers on Garage Project's old kit and is now looking to hire a sales rep to cover the Melbourne market.
