JOB DESCRIPTION: BREWERY ASSISTANT (SA)
Pikes Wines was established in 1984 and is today an internationally renowned producer of premium Clare Valley wines. Our family history dates back to 1886 when our forebears established the Pikes Dorset Brewery at Oakbank. Today we operate our craft brewery at our Polish Hill River Estate in the Clare Valley.
We have an amazing opportunity available for those looking for a hard-to-come-by, foot-in-the-door position in the exciting world of craft beer! This role is perfect for an aspiring brewer looking to make a start in the brewing industry.
We are looking for a self motivated, flexible and energetic person for our small brewery team. Brewery experience and/or a science or food technology qualification is desirable but not essential, together with a passion for craft brewing. The position will embrace all aspects of craft brewing including some brewery door sales and promotional activity.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business located in the beautiful Clare Valley.
