The Good Beer Company operates two of Sydney's craftiest venues, the Keg & Brew and The Dog Hotel. They're looking to take on a digital marketing guru to develop and execute promotions for both venues.

JOB DESCRIPTION: DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR

We’re on the hunt for a digitally-fluent and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team, working in hospitality events and promotions. The candidate will be proficient in Adobe Suite.

The Good Beer Company operates two of Sydney’s leading craft beer venues and is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for a multi-talented and highly skilled digital guru with a love for craft beer and good food. 

Working as part of the Marketing Department, your role is to conceptualise, develop and execute the promotions for two venues. Predominately, it will involve designing visual communications to promote our events, entertainment, functions and the venues themselves.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your role is to:

  • Assist with the conceptualisation, development and execution of promotions and marketing strategies across both venues
  • Take ownership of graphic design, videography and photography for posters, eDM’s, web files and social media
  • Manage social platforms and online profiles; creating and maintaining content in-line with the venues promotions
  • Keep up to date with the latest development in digital and social marketing practices
  • Assist with strategy development
  • Contribute and provide assistance in the planning and running of events
  • Conduct research, seek quotes and source materials for events and promotions
  • Stay-up-to date with current food, beverage and social trends in Australia and overseas
  • Basic phone reception and office management 

Required skills:

  • Proficient in Adobe Suite
  • Excellent MS Office Skills
  • Legally able to work fulltime in Australia

  • High level of customer service, a friendly and approachable personality and a team player
  • Ability to work within the management team and independently as required

Experience in hospitality will be highly regarded. This is a full time role, with remuneration negotiable depending experience. Some weekend/evening work may be required from time to time.
