Wayward Brewing Co is set to wave goodbye to summer by transforming the brewery in to a tiki bar for the last Saturday in February.
The Van Demons will be playing two hours of surf rock tunes throughout the afternoon and Mr. Chans and Grumpy Donuts will both be along to serve tropical-themed treats all day.
The tiki party will also see the return of Funky Pineapple Hand Grenade IPA, a brettanomyces fermented beer first brewed for GABS 2016, with funky and tropical notes of pineapple, mango and peach. There will be free leis for the first 50 through the doors, and if flowers aren't enough to bring you down early free cocktails will be flowing from midday until they are all gone.
