The crew at Fermentis know a thing or two about the science of making beer, and they're bringing their knowledge to the fore at their next Homebrew Hangout session – this time dedicated entirely to lagers.
It takes place on May 3, and you can log in online from home (or anywhere) to join a trio of Fermentis scientists and brewers for a deep dive into all things lager-related.
This will range from a brief history of the style and an appraisal of the current state of the lager market through to a sneak peek into the technical specs behind the new SafLager E-30 lager yeast.
If you're keen to log in, the global event kicks off online at 9am AEST / 7am AWST.
